As a Vendor you will receive:

  • 6' table to use as you feel, at the Vendor pod
  • A 6' X 7.5' space, with 4- Classroom tables and two chairs (if additional tables, and/or space is available, we can provide it on a first requested basis).
  • A spot on my website, if you provide a blurb to me. It will remain there until you are no longer a vendor with "It's A Diva".
  • Advertising to the attendees, before the crop.
  • A blast out to my mailing list that you are attending

 

The crop is open from Thursday at 12:00 pm, until Sunday at 4:00 pm. Tabs can start being closed and you can start packing at 12:00 pm on Sunday.  Please do not pack-up before then unless prior arrangements have been made.

 

Hours of attendance requested, Thursday evening, Friday evening, all day Saturday and you can leave on Sunday, once your tabs are closed and you are packed. Please do not start packing before 12:00 pm.  Also, on Sunday please arrive around 10:00 am.  We have attendees that leave early.  I am busy doing crop things and closing my own tabs, so I cannot take payment for your customers.  If you are not able to arrive around 10:00 am, then please close your tabs out on Saturday, but still be present on Sunday.  There might be last minute purchases from attendees.  Preference is for you to be there by 10:00 am each day, except on Thursday and Friday.  The Diva understands that there are work, and family restrictions on those two days. There will also be a flexible schedule on Thursday and Friday night so that you can go have dinner.  Please provide to the Diva, what times and days you will be in attendance, before the crop begins. This will help with scheduling and the communication to the attendees.

 

What the Diva would like to see from you:

Arrival by 11:00 am on Saturday so that we can have Vendor announcements.

Make and Takes, preferred, but not required

Classes, preference is the cost of $10 to $15 per a class, and classes teaching Scrapbook Layouts or techniques that can be used on a Scrapbook Layout.  Outside attendance is welcome, but preference is to my attendees.  The classes will be 2 hours slots, which include set-up and breakdown.  On Saturdays we have a very busy schedule and we need to watch times in order to stay on schedule.

 

Crop Features for Vendors:

  • Meals
    • Thrifty Thursday there will be no meals, snacks or beverages provided, on Thursday.
    • Breakfast provided by the hotel, for hotel guest, Friday, Saturday and Sunday morning. NO Charge!
    • Friday there will be beverages, and snacks all day. There will be no dinner on Friday night, you are on your own. No Charge!
    • Saturday Lunch, Honey Baked Ham Lunch Boxes, (Cost $15), Saturday Night Dinner , Kovi Kitchen Food Truck (Cost $30), Sunday Lunch, Honey Baked Ham Lunch Boxes, (Cost $15)  You will receive an email prior to the crop requesting your food selections.  Please watch for it, and also please be prompt in replies. I have a tight timeframe to get orders to the caterer
  • Regular and Decaf Coffee (provided by the hotel), Bottled Water, Assorted Sodas (Coke products) all day. A Keurig will be available for your use. Please bring your own k-cups.
